Ordering
A minimum order quantity of 2 packages applies per order. Combining packages is allowed.
Please place your order via the Landal App no later than 12:00 PM on the day before collection.

It is not possible to combine Barbecue and Gourmet packages in one order
Would you like to order both a Barbecue and a Gourmet package? Please place two separate orders. Complete and pay for the Gourmet order first, then place a second order for the Barbecue package.

Orders for 1 January
It is not possible to place an order for collection or delivery on 1 January.

Would you like to enjoy a Gourmet or Barbecue package on 1 January? Please place an order for delivery or collection on 31 December. Orders for 31 December must be placed no later than 12:00 PM on 30 December.

Collection
On the selected collection date, your order can be collected from the ParkShop or Service Point, depending on the park where the order was placed.

Returning crates after use
Please return the crates containing any waste items (there is no need to clean anything) to the ParkShop or Service Point on the day after use.

Allergen information is provided with each package. This information relates to the contents of the package as a whole and may not be specified for each individual product.

If you have questions about allergens or specific dietary requirements, please contact the ParkShop or Service Point at your park.
